Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Time: After shipment, estimated delivery time is 7–25 working days depending on the destination. Remote areas and customs clearance may cause slight delays.

3. A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped for you to track the delivery.

4. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, weather, policies or other force majeure events, but will assist with follow-up.

5. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, size and destination.
