Refund policy

1. Return Period: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Returns are only accepted if items are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

3. Return shipping fees are covered by us for quality issues, wrong or missing items; for personal reasons, buyers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund within 3 working days.

5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be returned via the original payment method, usually within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Custom-made, intimate and disposable products are not returnable unless they have quality issues.
